Easy DIY Cat Shelter

There are a lot of stray cats in our neighborhood, and last winter they looked very cold. So, for this winter (and for my Girl Scout Bronze Award) I built two shelters for the cats. We placed one on our steps and gave one to our neighbor for her porch because those are the cats' favorite two places to hang out.   Supplies: Styrofoam ice chest (2 x 2' or larger) Duct Tape Scissors/knife/drill Blanket or straw Fabric (optional) Template for door (optional) Instructions: 1. Using template or freehand, cut door.  The first door was cut freehand with a bread knife in a 4" x 6" rectangle. The second door was cut using a circular scrapbooking template. 2. Duct Tape around the door to keep the Styrofoam from flaking. 3. Place straw or a blanket on the bottom of the chest so our furry friends can be cozy. 4. Cut a piece of fabric slightly bigger than the door and tape it to the inside of the chest with duct tape. (optional) 5.  Place lid on top and tape it around the edge

Camera

📷I  have a camera. It is a canon. It is small. I needed a tripod so I went to look for one.  I found one and it is a good one. It can go tall and short it even has a level to say if the Camera is level. I really like it now I can use it when I need it it works  very well. I took some pictures when using it and they were good, I am glad.

Sledding

I went sledding and it was fun. I went from a  low hill to high hill. One way I tried was when the sled was backwards but I was forward I ended up in the snow. I  also rolled down the hills. The sledding was fun.
